Mikhail Tatarintsev Auditor of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Volgograd region
Mikhail Tatarintsev was born on December 12, 1966 in Odessa. In 1994 he graduated from All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics in the specialty “Management”, in 1992-1994 worked in the specialty in the economic services of JSC “Volgogradneftemash”. In 1994-2007 he filled the posts of public civil service in the Committee for Budgetary and Financial Policy and Treasury of the Administration of Volgograd region (from Chief Specialist to Deputy Chairman of the Committee). In 2007-2011 he was Head of the Finance Department of Volgograd. From July 2011 till February 2012 – Director of Kotelnikovo Valve Plant, branch of JSC “Volgogradneftemash”.
Mikhail Tatarintsev has more than 20 years of professional experience in economy and finance.
In 2007 he completed courses of advanced training in SEI HPE “Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation” according to the programme “Training of regional and municipal finance officers under the distribution of authorities and implementation of a municipal reform”.
According to Resolution of Volgograd Regional Duma No. 58/2318 dated February 14, 2012 he was appointed as Auditor of the Chamber of Control and Accounts for a term of six years. According to the Regulations of the Chamber of Control and Accounts he is responsible for audit of expenditures on education, culture, mass media, public health, sport and social policy.
